Family  yoga, Age 2-5 (Parent and Child)
Family Yoga classes are designed with the intention of allowing not just your child to benefit, but for you to feel good too. Taught in an interactive and fanciful format, these classes will have a handful of yoga games, songs, asana stories and magical meditations. Every class ends with a snuggly savasana with soft blankets and colorful eye pillows. The price includes one parent/caregiver and one child.

Family Yoga,
Age 5-10 (Parent and Child)
This class provides an opportunity for you to enjoy an interactive yoga class along with your child or children. Enjoy asana, meditations and breath work, yoga games and a replenishing savasana wrapped up in a thematic approach to yoga. The intention is for you and your child or children to enjoy time together, experience the benefits of yoga, and leave feeling replenished and renewed. Parenting is exhausting, your free time should not be! The price includes one parent/caregiver and one child.

Yoga Arts
You asked for it - you got it! Now your little ones can enjoy a class which brings yoga and crafts together in one place. Experience how creative energy flows from heart to hands after a classic yoga child class. The first part of each class will consist ofyoga based in our award winning format. From there students will be guided into arts and crafts projects which relate to the theme of the day's yoga class. Create life sized self portraits ,animal creatures, beaded bracelets and hand made yoga journals. Every class will end with savasana so that your young ones will be replenished and ready to go.

Kids Yoga Age 3-5
Just Kids Yoga classes are as they sound, just for your kids. They and are taught in a playful manner in our award winning Yoga Child format which blends asana, yoga music, yoga games, and magical meditations into an inspiring and replenishing thematic yoga class.

Kids Yoga Age 6-8
Just Kids Yoga classes are as they sound, just for your kids and are taught in a in our award winning Yoga Child format which blends asana, yoga games, breath work, and meditations into an inspiring and replenishing thematic yoga class. At this age, class is still playful and themes remain playful and fanciful, but also expand to include more introspective themes such as balance, strenth and self awareness. Asana instruction will become more advanced for those students who are ready to begin to understand more accurately how to enjoy yoga asanas.

Kids Yoga age 9-12
Taught in our award winning format, pre-teens will learn yoga through the use of themes and practical life concepts such as establishing balance, creating strength and expanding self-awareness. Classes are designed to make learning fun and to enable students to take their lessons off the mat and into their home and school life. Classes begin with a discussion of the theme, followed by breathing techniques, asana instruction, guided rest and yoga journalling. The intention of this class is to help students find comfort and confidence with themselves through yoga breath work and an introduction to mindfulness.

Private sessions and Small group classes
These classes can be scheduled to take place Sundays from 9-9:50am, 2-2:50pm, Mondays & Wednesdays from 5-5:50pm and Thursdays from 1pm - 5pm.

Private parent child sessions: $99 for one parent and child, $50 per parent and child when sharing the class with another parent and child, $40 for groups of three and $35 for groups of four. Please call 215 238 0989 to schedule your small group private today.

Small group classes for Just kids: $85 for one child, $45 per child when sharing with another child, $35 per child for groups of three or more.

Special Needs Private sessions for Parent and Child Together: Initial consult class is $150, thereafter weekly sessions are scheduled in 4 and 8 week packages. ( $420 per 4 week package) and ($795 per 8 week package). We can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement, but we are unable to accept insurance cards. All of our special needs teachers ( prior to being trained in the Yoga Child format) come to us with significant experience and the qualifications necessary to be able to work with various populations. In addition to completing the Yoga child curriculum, some have undergone specialized yoga training to work with special needs children and also work outside of Yoga Child as therapists and or teachers to children with special needs. Tween and Teen Yoga
Taught in our award winning format, children 11 and up will learn yoga through the use of themes and practical life concepts such as establishing balance, creating strength and expanding self-awareness. Class is designed to appeal to the developmental needs and abilities specific to our teen and pre teen students. Classes are designed to make learning fun and to enable students to take their lessons of the mat and into their home and school life. Classes begin with a discussion of the theme, followed by breathing techniques, yoga games, asana instruction, guided rest and yoga journalling. The intention of this class is to help students find comfort and confidence with themselves through yoga, breathwork and an introduction to mindfulness.

Yoga Dance Level I, Ages 3-6
This ever popular combination yoga and dance class combines elements of ballet, modern, hip hop and cultural dance with our award winning yoga child curriculum. It provides a unique opportunity to explore the inspiring world of expressive dance while receiving the replenishing benefits of yoga.

Yoga Dance Level II, 7-10

Same great format as level I, but class is 15 minutes longer and children will be taught more advanced dance technique and explore more challenging yoga poses. Children must be at least 7 to enroll in this class.
