Useful Information to know when attending classes

Eco friendly, non-slip Jade Yoga Mats and Kulae ECO mats are available for purchase and for rent. Rentals are $3 and include an eco-friendly Jo-Sha scented mat wipe. Choose from Lavendar, Peppermint, Eucalyptus or Tangerine, and Enjoy a fresh scented practice!

All other props are plentiful and complimentary.

Bottled water is available for $2

Yoga Mat storage is available for $10 per month. Please inquire at the front desk.

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes prior to class so that classes may begin and end on time.

Atttire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement

Whole foods no longer welcomes us to park in their lot. Please be advised that they have advised us not to use their parking lot.
