Through specific routines you will learn where the muscle begins and ends so that through the use of body and foot balls tension can be released from the muscles point of origin, all the way to its point of insertion. Along the way the surrounding soft tissue receives a deep massage preparing your entire body to receive your yoga practice in a new and brighter light.
