Instructor Changes

Maureen Heil will take over the Friday 5:45pm Vinyasa class effective December 5.

Diane Pulvers is teaching the Tuesday 6pm Vinyasa, effective 11/29 ( If you miss Kimberly, please know that you can still enjoy her classes in Saturday workshops. Next one is February 4)

Welcome Melissa Cropper. She will begin teaching the Wed 7:30pm Slow flow classon January 25th
